1.Why is Discovery Toys conducting this recall? Discovery Toys received three complaints regarding the antenna. Upon impact, the antenna can break off, posing a potential choking hazard to young children.

2.How can I tell if my Toddler Talk is affected by the recall? If your product was purchased between September 2010 and November 2010 only and has a boy’s smiling face in the clear window, your product is included in the recall.

3.My Toddler Talk has a Bear’s face in the window. Is this product included in the recall? No, the Toddler Talk with the Bear’s face in the window was manufactured at an earlier time and is not affected by the recall.

4.My Toddler Talk is recalled. What do I do next? You have two options.
I.You can click on the links to give you more information regarding the recall. The Replacement Product link will direct you to complete an online form to obtain a replacement toy.
II.You can call us toll free at (800) 426-4777 and provide your name and mailing address. We will send you an order form so you can select a free replacement toy.

5.My toy is not broken and it is my child’s favorite toy. Do I have to dispose of it? Yes, even though your product appears to be safe, we ask that all customers stop using this product immediately and participate in the recall by disposing of the product and obtain a free replacement.

6.How long will it take for me to receive my replacement? Please allow 2-3 weeks from the date you contact us
